Since this year is going so fast and I have achieved very little in the way of business & blogging I have decided I am going to put up my goals for this month in a hope it will keep me a little bit accountable.
Since the wedding & honeymoon are over on I need to get back to real life and get jobs done. So Im going to stop yapping on and get on with my list of goals.
- Get on top of the house work, since having all the family stay for the wedding and all the little bits and pieces I put off in lieu of wedding planning I have a bit to get on top of. My office is a bombshell so that is my top priority this month.
- Spend 15 minutes a day with Connor just me and him no distractions. No running off to get stuff done or playing on my phone.
- Meditate once a day. I have this awesome app on my phone called smiling mind and it has short 15 minute meditation sessions. It was recommended to me by my psychologist to help with my stress levels. Another plus is it’s free!! So my plan is to just spend 15minutes a day on something for me. You can download it from the App Store or access it online.
- Blog once a week without fail. So my blog is something I really want to develop and the only way to do this is to work, work, work, work, work (so got distracted and started to sing Rhianna). So work I will!
So there it is my goals for May out there in the open, I will check back in at the end of the month and see how well I have done.
